Undercover Brother was one of the freshest, most uplifting movie productions of the new millennium. A celebration of free spirit, the spy spoof was universally well received. So, how does conquering hero director Malcolm Lee follow up such a successful production? He finds something even quirkier and more anachronistic.

Roll Bounce is another 1970s celebration movie only this time the target is not the blaxpoitation genre. Instead, it's roller disco. Yes, I said roller disco.

The roller disco era is a different time from the modern era. Men are sexually experimental, women are loose, and hot pants are all the rage. And no one knows this better than X (No Longer Little Bow Wow) and his friends who hang out at the local disco rink. Unfortunately for this local establishment, there is not a lot of money in having kids without jobs hanging out there all the time. It quickly goes out of business. X and his crew move along to the next closet location, the Sweetwater Roller Rink. Alas, the regulars at this place are of a different disco breed. Their Roller Jam skate off is a much more difficult competition, but that doesn't stop X from dreaming of winning the whole thing. He's going to need a lot of help to pull it off, though. Thankfully, Chi McBride, Nick Cannon, Khleo Thomas, Mike Epps, Meagan Good, and Rick Gonzalez are all there to help. Well, some of them will probably be the enemy, but you get the idea.
