The studio has put together quite a cast of characters for this bank heist comedy including Woody Harrelson, John Cleese, Alicia Silverstone, and Joshua Leonard. Director Gavin Grazer (brother of Imagine Entertainment’s Brian Grazer) is at the helm with Joe Wein making his debut with the scripting duties.

The story is about three employees (Harrelson, Silverstone, and Paulo Costanzo) of a small town bank. They have all been pushed to the breaking point one way or another and decide to rob the bank. Here’s where the comedy comes in. None of them knows that the other is planning a heist. They all show up the same day at the bank with the same intentions – as they say, hilarity ensues.

The film had its world premiere at the 2003 U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado. It has been getting pretty good reviews from critics and audiences alike so far. It sounds like it’s worth taking a chance on. Watch for this film at your local comedy festival or independent film venue. (Marty Doskins/BOP)
