In this romantic comedy, a lonely plumber decides he'd have more luck with women if he were in a more creative line of work. So he decides to pose as a movie director, and proceeds to meet women by having auditions for roles in a movie he's not really directing. In order to make the ruse more convincing, he borrows a script that one of his actress friends has been writing, which in turn leads her build in the plumber's original deception in order to get her script made into a movie.

This film had its premiere at the Seattle Film Festival, and is now set for a limited release on October 4, 2002. The reviews to this point haven't been very positive, but audience reaction has been fairly good, so it might be worth checking out when it comes to your local art house.
