Remember Me, My Live is a bittersweet drama that digs deep into the life of a normal but modern Italian family. The various hopes and dreams of the individuals within that family have begun to take their toll on the overall unit as a whole, which was already somewhat fragile to begin with.

Carlo (Fabrizio Bentivoglio) is torn between his passionate affair with Alessia (Monica Bellucci) and the comfort and happiness with his wife, Guilia (Laura Morante). At the same time, Guilia is contending with her own deep-buried desires. Meanwhile, the daughter in the family is hoping she might become a television star.

Remember Me, My Love premiered in 2003 at the Toronto International Film Festival. After that, it screened at the Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for ten Donatello Awards, which is the equivalent of the Oscar in Italy. It was one of that country's most successful films of 2003. (Kim Hollis/BOP)
