Weekend Forecast

In what's becoming a bit of a trend lately, the sequel to the nearly 20-year-old film franchise is *not* the furthest reach back in time for material.

It's an icon-centric week in pop culture: an animated legend turns 75, a wrestling icon succumbs to race under pressure and is disavowed by the WWE, and a soap opera fixture announces retirement. Plus an actress doesn't suffer interview fools lightly, The View gets a new/old face, and no one's joking about stealing material from Twitter. How well do you know the 31st week of 2015?

The release of yet another film in a career that has spanned nearly 50 years is as good an occasion as any to revisit some of the all-time best Woody Allen films.
