Pete's brand new laptop computer melted a little bit, so we'll fill in for him as best we can with regard to releases to watch for this week. There will be bias involved, of course.

Looks like a bit of a slight week, but there's a couple of things worth picking up. A new book in the Angel series, Only Human, keeps the Whedonverse moving forward. A new Fables trade paperback is out (The Dark Ages), along with the newest single issue in the series. Mice Templar is on the second issue of its current series, and Pride & Prejudice finishes its run.

I've not been picking up any new books due to budgeting, but lots of people are talking about the greatness of Blackest Night. There are a lot of books relating to the story out this week, so if you're into that sort of thing, you'll be plenty busy.

Finally, I have no idea if it's good or not, but any comic titled Werewolves on the Moon: Versus Vampires has to get a special shout out.
