Gaye Bio Moving Forward
D. Stevens (The Pet) will helm Marvin: The Life Story of Marvin Gaye. Duncan McGillivray will produce the biopic, which will incorporate 24 of the late singer's songs into the story written by Robert Scharrer. Roberta Flack is serving as music supervisor on the project. Sexual Healing, a look at Gaye's final years, is also being developed and will star Jesse L. Martin as the singer.
