Morgan Freeman wins Battle of the Bulge
Workaholic Morgan Freeman has joined forces with Hollywood scribe Gregory Allen Howard (Ali, Remember the Titans) for an upcoming Dreamworks project. The World War II film will tell the story of the 761st Tank Battalion, the first black armored division to see combat during the war. The group colloquially nicknamed the Black panters were key players in the Battle of the Bulge and received a special citation from the office of the president some thirty plus years after the war.
