Bloom, Hawkins enroll in An Education
Orlando Bloom and Sally Hawkins joined the cast of An Education, a drama to be directed by Lone Scherfig. Already cast in the pic include Oscar winner Emma Thompson, Peter Sarsgaard (Boys Don't Cry), Carey Mulligan (Pride & Prejudice), Rosamund Pike (Die Another Day) and Olivia Williams (Rushmore).

Four actors get An Education
Peter Sarsgaard, Carey Mulligan, Alfred Molina and Emma Thompson will star in An Education, a 1960s coming-of-age drama from writer Nick Hornby (About a Boy). He adapted the screenplay from a memoir by Lynn Barber, which appeared in literary magazine Granta. The story is about a young girl (Mulligan) whose world is turned upside down upon meeting a 35-year-old British man (Sarsgaard). Molina will play the girl's hesitant father and Thompson will be the headmistress of the girl's school.
