Nicholson and Freeman Kick the Bucket
Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman will star in The Bucket List and Rob Reiner will direct. The title of the film refers to a list of things that terminally ill patients want to do before they "kick the bucket." The stars will play a pair of cancer patients who break away from their hospital ward and go on a road trip to fulfill their wishes in Monte Carlo and elsewhere. Justin Zackham (Going Greek) wrote the script. A studio deal will likely be finalized soon.
