Stone Cold is Condemned
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), along with Lions Gate Films, will distribute The Condemned. WWE star Stone Cold Steve Austin and British soccer player Vinnie Jones will star in the film, which will be directed by Scott Wiper. In the story Austin will play a man on death row in a Central American prison, who is bought by a TV producer and becomes a pawn in a reality show in which he must fight other condemned men to death. Austin has had other film experience before, including last year's remake of The Longest Yard and Jones will appear in the upcoming third X-Men installment.
