Firth and Kingsley are Last Legion
Colin Firth and Ben Kingsley are set to star in The Last Legion for Dino De Laurentiis Co., Quinta Communications and Zephyr Film. The action-adventure is set during the fall of the Roman Empire. At this point in history, 12-year-old emperor Romulus Augustus ruled for one single day before being imprisoned on the Isle of Capri. With the help of teacher Abrosinus and legionnaire Aurelius (Kingsley), the boy escapes to make a last stand for Rome. Doug Lefler will make his feature film debut.
