Screen Gems has a Vacancy

Sony's Screen Gems will produce the horror-thriller Vacancy. The screenplay was written by Mark L. Smith and tells the story of a young married couple who find hidden video cameras in their room while they are stranded at a desolate hotel. They quickly realize that unless they escape, they'll be the victims of a snuff film.
