Cast signs for Man About Town
A number of casting additions have been made for Man About Town for director/writer Mike Binder. Joining Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn, who were already cast in lead roles, are Gina Gershon, Amber Valletta and Kal Penn. The movie will begin shooting on October 12th. The story centers around a successful Hollywood talent agent (Affleck) who seems to have everything - success, money and a beautiful wife (Romijn). It all falls apart when he discovers she's been cheating on him and that a journalist has a copy of his diary that could expose him for some shifty things.

Romijn-Stamos joins Affleck for Man About Town
Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, who is currently filming the dark comedy Alibi, is in talks to join Ben Affleck for Man About Town. Mike Binder is set to direct from his own screenplay with a planned October start. The film will center around a big-time Hollywood talent agent who has everything - super success, tons of cash, and a gorgeous wife (Romijn-Stamos). Everything starts to fall apart when he realizes she is cheating on him and also that his daily diary has been stolen by a journalist who could potentially ruin him.
