1934:

Bonnie Paker and Clyde Barrow are shot dead in Louisiana. The two were memorably portrayed by Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway in Arthur Penn's 1967 Bonnie and Clyde.

"Danny's not here, Mrs. Torrance!" Kubrick's The Shining opens. The film topped BOP's list of Favorite Horror Movies.

1994:
