Brendan Frasier will play a gay secret agent in…Gay Secret Agent, a new project from Revolution Studios. The project will reportedly be in line with the Austin Powers franchise of films and will take a decidedly campy take on the secret agent genre. Frasier played the object of affection of the openly homosexual James Whale in Gods and Monsters but this will be Frasier’s first time to actually portray a gay character. Well, that’s not exactly true; he did play the title role of George of the Jungle and…nevermind. Presented with no comment

You’d think he’d use the power of the force to fight tartar build-up George Lucas has admitted that fans of his Star Wars have already guessed the title of the third, and last, prequel to his original Star Wars trilogy. While Lucas did not divulge the name of the movie explicitly, he did seem to hint that the title would be Revenge of the Sith. The title would be a welcome departure from the previously panned The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. Well, not Clones so much but then the movie made up for the less-revolting title by being a more revolting movie.
Friends star Courtney Cox-Arquette welcomed a new baby daughter into the world three days ago. Cox-Arquette, who met her husband David Arquette on the set of Scream, had been facing a very difficult battle with pregnancy. A very rare condition made it so that her body rejected the fetus that she carries. Cox-Arquette was able to carry to term and have her child thanks to medication that combated her unfortunate condition. The best way to wrap up this bit of good news is to know that the Arquettes named their daughter Coco. Yes, Coco. Worried that the kid's name might make papa seem kinda stupid....
Now that you mention it, your thumb *does* taste salty. The Government Of India today began posting armed guards at theaters throughout the country screening the Hindi film Girlfriend, which depicts a sexual relationship between two women. The government's action came after student activists of the Hindu Shiv Sena organization, which has been responsible for attacks on movie sets where non-comformist films were being shot. "We'll not allow such a film to be screened," Arun Pathak, a leader of the group, told Reuters Monday: "What one does in the bedroom and bathroom should not be displayed publicly." Whoa, whoa, whoa!! Bathroom? We’re not sure if we should put this film on our must see or must avoid list.

"If I say yes, will you take your hand away?"
