The spirit of BOP News lives on in
This is So Last Week,
our pop culture week-in-review,
presented in a pleasing quiz form.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is apparently not quite the shoe-in for governor of California as some would have it. Out on the campaign trail recently, Ahnuld was egged by protestors as he pressed the flesh. Trouper that he is, the Terminator kept on working the crowd whilst an aide wiped egg from Schwarzenegger's jacket and then finally whisked the jacket away. Questioned by reporters regarding the incident, Ahnuld joked, "That guy owes me bacon." Of course, Arnold forgot to mention that he's already provided the ham. The Schwarzenegger egger was heard yelling 'I'm the only Arnold that matters in this race!'

Diaz also provided the second place finisher In an incident that likely gave studio bosses heart palpitations, Cameron Diaz broke her nose while surfing in Hawaii. The Charlie's Angels star was celebrating her birthday with some friends when she was struck in the nose by a foam surfboard. What has the star upset over the incident, though, is the fact that she can't keep surfing with her damaged nose. Ladies and gentlemen, this has to be the most well publicized facial ever.
Bruce Willis' production company, Cheyenne Enterprises, is producing a pair of upcoming flicks, one of which will star Willis. First up is the drama Hostage, which will star Willis as a hostage negotiator who retires to the quiet life of a small-town chief of police after a negotiation in which he's involved ends badly. Of course, as is the norm in these types of films, his search for peace and quiet goes awry, as he ends up negotiating with the man who kidnapped his wife and daughter. The change of the film is being changed to "Worst. Luck. Ever." I can't read the cue cards! I know it's a photo shoot, what does that have to do with anything?
Paul and Keanu would make a great Bo and Luke Duke Columbia Pictures has the action film The Last Apostle in development as a starring vehicle for Paul Walker. The film is set in the future and tells the story of an anti-hero with a dark secret who is fighting the eternal struggle of good versus evil. The role of the evil villain will be played by Walker's agent.
In what must surely be a sign of the coming Apocalypse, Scary Movie 3 is reportedly testing extremely well with audiences, and more scenes are being filmed in response to audience reaction to certain characters. The movie, which will include spoofs of 8 Mile, The Ring, and Catch Me If You Can, is due to be released October 24th. The most positive scores were allegedly given by audiences in Lowestcomondenomenatorville. This picture is the perfect candidate for Photoshop

"'My plastic surgeon doesn't want me doing any activity where balls fly at my nose.'

'Well, there goes your social life...'"
